I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, there was no assistance with luggage—even though our room was on the second floor. Most of our requests were met with a straight “no”—no TV, no Wi-Fi, no in-room dining, no food delivery service, and no parking. We even booked a terrace flat hoping to enjoy a barbeque, but were told it wasn’t allowed.
The pool had no towels available, and when we ordered food, the staff hurried us with the bill mid-order, saying their shift was ending. The payment process was inconvenient, especially since we had to go upstairs in wet swimsuits just to fetch a phone—despite having paid a deposit at check-in.
Though the decor and property had potential, the lack of basic amenities and poor management really ruined the experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.
